The service was door-to-door transport from Rye to Harwich. The driver was on time, extremely helpful and we would definitely use Platinum Chauffeurs again.

This is the second time my wife and I have used a chauffeur service when visiting from Canada, and the service provided by Platinum Chauffeurs was superior in every respect. Our flight landed early, but the driver was waiting at Heathrow arrivals exactly where he said he would be, having monitored the flight's progress on the Internet. He took charge of our luggage and conducted us quickly to the car (Peugeot 807), where he provided us with bottled water to drink because he had noted that arriving passengers are often dehydrated after long flights. The drive from Heathrow to Bexhill was accomplished in under two hours, and the driver left us only after confirming arrangements for our return trip to Heathrow in two weeks. That trip was conducted with the same level of efficiency and courtesy, depositing us at the airport precisely at check-in time for our flight. We will certainly use Platinum Chauffeurs again, and recommend their airport transfer service unreservedly.

Alex Higgins met me at Heathrow very early in the morning when my flight landed from the United States. He was there before the plane landed and handled the luggage and provided transportation to Rye in a comfortable, exceptionally clean vehicle. He was highly professional and very informative about Rye and surrounding areas and had suggestions of places of interest which would be worthwhile to visit. I was very impressed, and used his services a second time for transport to the train in Ashford. I have recommended him to others who were also very highly pleased with the service provided.

Alex Higgins came and introduced himself to us before the journey and explained he would check our flights beforehand and let us know if any adjustments to times would need to be made. He also did this upon our return and met us at the airport with personal recognition and greeted us with fresh water in case we were dehydrated. It was a pleasure to do business with his company.

Platinum Chauffeurs ran three trips for me on my recent trip to the UK. In each case Alex provided excellent service -- he arrived early for each pickup, handled our luggage and on return to Heathrow found us a trolley, and after running me to Heathrow midweek he stopped to report to my elderly mother that I arrived safely.
